As of 25/04/2024, the outdoor retailer Campz has ceased operations and is no longer accepting orders. So that you can continue to shop for first-class outdoor equipment, you will be redirected to Bergfreunde.
Bergfreunde and Campz are independent companies. This means that Bergfreunde assumes no liability for existing warranty or guarantee claims regarding Campz.

In the case of a claim, please use the contact options listed above.
If you have a claim about a Campz own-brand product (e.g. a Campz tent), trained agents with a high level of product expertise will assess how best to proceed in your case. This can vary from no refund to a full refund - provided the complaint is submitted within the time limit.
Claims regarding branded items, e.g. the sole of an Adidas shoe coming loose, will result in an instruction to contact the brand directly.
